Cute easy to watch drama

This is a cute drama with two of my favorites in the lead roles. Song Yiren playing a dual role is an eye opener. Sweet to siren and back and I’m in favor of both. ML, Leon Zhang plays awkward as well as he plays serious doctor or police officer. The plot is one we have seen before, but all of the characters are good and not taking the drama too seriously. The music is good and interesting when played with the story line. The romance moves along with the normal hitches here and there, but one can see where it will end up. Zhang was in another modern romance I recently watched, and while it was very good, it did not have the easy watching vibe this one does. If you need to watch something to feel good, without taxing the brain, this is one to watch or rewatch.

Torn Between Two Sides

This story has layers of push and pull within oneself as well as experiences and influences around others. The connection between the leads was tender and endearing. The business side of the series seemed well thought out yet disjointed at times and had a vague resolve. There were many parts that did drag and felt like fillers which made the ending seem lackluster and unfinished. Nevertheless, the series seems to gain more fullness and traction within the last 5-7 episodes. The ML was good in showing growth in his emotional intelligence as well as communication. The FL seemed to finally grasp the same growth within the ending episodes. This is a sweet series with no trauma points or dramatic evil dynamics which is nice. Just an easy ride to a hopeful end.

Fun, entertaining show. Perfect drama to watch before bed

This is a story of love and growth between a person with a secret identity and a prosopagnosia. From this theme alone, we find it difficult to imagine and are curious about how they got to know and be close to each other.

-Plot
Two people with different social backgrounds, education and personalities met by accident. The female lead, Hao Liang, falls in love at first sight with Gu Jiu Li, the founder of a robot company. And with some consideration, Hao Liang decided to apply for an internship at his company. Apparently, Gu Jiu Li didn't recognize her. From here, their story begins.

-Strength
The plot is coherent, not long-winded, logical and makes sense. The storyline can balance work, career, personal problems and romance until the end. Even though it has a strong romance story, it also manages to show the character growth of the characters very well. The drama is entertaining, light but full of positive messages. Zhang Yunlong is able to perfoms hilarious comic reliefs with a serious and innocent face.

-Weakness
Most of us are not used to sudden endings. But all the characters have good endings. Lip sync is done roughly so that the lip movements are not in sync with the song.

*Chemistry
The chemistry of leads is the strength of this drama. We can feel their love. It's like we fell in love for the first time, too. It's fascinating Gu Jiu Li can understand what is in Hao Liang mind just by looking into her mimic or facial expression. Their love is so adorable and makes us feel butterflies.

*Acting
Now this is what I call an A class acting. Something we will get from Song Yiren and Zhang Yunlong, professionals with educational backgrounds in acting. Song Yiren and Zhang Yunlong managed to play their roles well. A combination I never imagined but it works. Song Yiren played two different personalities very convincingly and she managed to unite the two personalities well at the end.

*Conclusion
This is a lighthearted show, you don't need to think hard, it's stress-free and entertaining. This drama is engaging and makes us smile and laugh. Even though this is not the greatest drama, the important thing is that we feel entertained and happy while watching it. Apart from that, this drama conveys many positive messages, being yourself and being brave, never giving up to pursue your dreams. I love the main couple, they set a good example. Their relationship is healthy, both support and help each other.
Ignore the rate, try to watch it yourself.

Not Unique but Entertaining

This drama does not necessarily stand out from other modern dramas of the same category. It doesn’t have any unique aspects or issues but it was entertaining.

The Good

The characters were easy to connect with. They were your everyday average people whom weren’t over the top. They didn’t have extreme personalities or major childhood traumas that affected their daily life. It was your average run of the mill, guy and girl meet, then fall for each other. This show had pockets of comedy that kept it entertaining and even though the leads were inexperienced in love, neither did anything that compromised their integrity. Also, a strong plus was there weren’t any evil love triangles. The secondary couple was also quite interesting to watch since they were more experienced in relationships and faced a completely different issue than our main couple. I would definitely say this is a more mature/normal take on relationships. Lastly, the acting was decent all around.

The Bad

Number one thing is it doesn’t stand out from other modern dramas. The plot didn’t offer anything new and some may not find it interesting. Although I mentioned that it’s a more mature drama, there were some aspects that were a little immature such as the FL clothing style but it didn’t bother me much.

I’d recommend a watch if you are looking for a light Rom Com but don’t expect anything mind blowing.

Special, indeed.

My Special Girl is the journey of a timid girl with the alter ego of a siren streamer to love herself, find love and gain acceptance from her conservative mother.

I was hooked to know how her crush and her mom would react about her other identity, and her performance at the ceremony (not shown). It was hilarious after her crush (now boyfriend) found out about her identity. I was all the more happy since they didn't end in a forced marriage scene (the scene in the intro song was a dream) and the age gap doesn't come off as weird.

The FL's friend comes off as sometimes annoying but later becomes comical. The second couple was boring. Usually, I skip work scenes but was invested in knowing what happens to their project. The love scenes were not overbearing and I liked that they wanted to improve each other so that they could become better.

I'm not a fan of Ireine Song's acting (watched Evernight) but it was refreshing to see her in alter ego, Dai. She should do more glam roles. Leon comes off a bit stiff and awkward and his youth scenes were not convincing.

Despite being about a singer, the songs weren't memorable except for one which ML sings in the restroom.

My special girl is special but not the best. Watch it for its comedy and heartwarming story.

it was okay , a good drama to kill time

the story was interesting yet basic , saw many stories like this , but it was funny and mix of drama and sadness , heartbreak and jealousy , but I didn’t like the involvement of aunt yibai a lot in between hao liang and gu Juili, it was obvious that , hao liang as dai was definitely lip syncing , wish they tried it to make it more natural! but the songs nice , the second leads story was really really basic , like the typical one , u see it a lot in many dramas , and did you guys notice the house aunt yibai was living in seemed similar to the in the brightest star in the sky and city of streamer , I think that’s about the drama , it was nice

A female lead have two characterestics and the male lead is handsome and tall.

I give the drama a 10/10 because apart from my idol Song YiRen, the story is beautiful, the story may have happened in real life and someone has already experienced this story, I like the personality of the two women and I like the role who is badass, the only thing I didn't like is why the singing is lipsynced, Song YiRen knows how to sing, why can't her singing be real, their acting is okay, the chemistry of the two stars, I still don't see the spark in them, ost okay, it's good for the drama, that's why I gave a score of perfect 10 because that's for the entire casts, for all the people who worked hard to make and develop the drama properly, that I appreciate the hard work and fatigue of the staff to develop the drama one my only concern is his singing, why lipsync is not his real voice yet.

Same old, same old

I'm here mostly because of ML. I really enjoyed his dramas but am pretty disappointed with this one. First episode, FML stopped walking and stood there to flirt with the ML during a fire dril? Like what the heck! Yes, let's stop trying to leave a building and act all fussy because the ML is not giving her what she wanted. I really don't feel the chemistry between those 2. It only has 24 episodes so it needs to get better.
Songs and the FML'S LIP syncing is just TERRIBLE! The fact that she didn't even attempt to learn the songs that was playing is plain LAZY. It needs to be better. FML's facial expression, being in character is THE SAME from all of her other dramas.... if i put all of the characters she acted, i really dont think there would be a difference.

História: A trama gira em torno de uma jovem universitária que sonha em alcançar sucesso como blogueira cantora, mas sua mãe é contra esse sonho, por isso vemos duas personalidades da nossa FL durante o dia ela é Hao Liang uma jovem comum e tímida e a noite ela é uma blogueira cantora super confiante e encantadora, ela conhece o Sr. Gu e se apaixona por ele a primeira vista, ele sofre de cegueira facial com efeito de raça cruzada kkk algo assim, ou seja, não reconhece o rosto de nenhuma mulher.
Hao Liang entra na empresa dele para um estágio, essa empresa busca incansavelmente reconhecimento com a criação de seus robôs, o Sr. Gu é um homem frio, mas depois que ele conhece Hao Liang o seu coração pouco a pouco é descongelado, com sua cegueira facial ele não percebe que Hao Liang também é Adai, e assim um história de cura, companheirismo e muita fofura entre eles começa, é lindo como um ajuda o outro a alcançar seus respectivos objetivos, um romance sobre o primeiro amor floresce entre eles!❤️história super doce❤️

Sua atuação é perfeita como sempre, Song Yiren é a definição de talento, o contraste entre Hao Liang e Adai é incrível, que atuação espetacular! Sem palavras, apenas aprecio sua performance...❤️

• Leon Zhang
É a primeira vez assistindo algo dele e ele desempenhou muito bem o papel de um CEO frio, mas ao mesmo tempo inocente kkkk ele é fofo e a química dos dois é 10/10 que casal, que momentos, que beijos❤️

• Mao Lin
Como a tia da nossa protagonista, interpretando Chen Yi Bai que é independente, madura e leal... foi uma atuação maravilhosa

• Zhou Yan Chen
Como amigo do nosso protagonista, interpretando Han Yi Jie um jovem adulto sonhador, criativo e às vezes infantil, esse casal da tia Yi Bai e ele é uma relação complexa kkkk a química entre os dois é boa

• Li Jia Jie
Como colega de quarto da nossa protagonista a Yang Panpan é uma universitária linda, popular que ainda está amadurecendo, essa atriz é uma fofura, espero assistir mais trabalhos dela

• David Chou
Como amigo de infância da nossa protagonista, interpretando Zhu Yi um jovem imaturo, mas que é muito parceiro da sua amiga Hao Liang, buscando sempre ajudá-la. Esse dois Zhu Yi e Panpan são um jovem casal de universitários imaturos que precisam amadurecer muito kkk! Eu ri das suas bobagens/ideias e seus momento juntos kkk

Todo o elenco desempenhou bem o seu papel na história...

Musical:
Muitas músicas boas com letras lindas e ótimas melodias, eu gostei muito delas, principalmente da ost de abertura aquela música gruda na cabeça kkkk só não dei 10 por conta do final kkkk eu realmente queria ver Adai cantando e dançando no palco... e também parece que às músicas não estavam prontas então a atriz teve que cantar qualquer coisa, pois a sincronização labial não encaixava kkkkk
