Hong Ji Hee joins Kim Ha Neul and Yeon Woo Jin in "Grabbed by the Collar"
Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been will possibly seen in one project!
According to various reports on November 13, Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been have been picked to lead The Nuns which is the the upcoming spin-off of the 2015 film The Priests.
Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been's agencies shared their side through the media outlet OSEN. According to the two agencies, their artists are positively reviewing the offer to star in the film The Nuns.
The Nuns will share the same worldview as the film The Priests which was led by Kim Yoon Seok, Kang Dong Won, Park So Dam, Kim Eui Sung, Son Jong Hak, and Lee Ho Jae. The new film will be produced by the same producer as The Priests. It will be directed by Kwon Hyuk Jae. Reports also stated that there is a possibility of a series if The Nuns will be successful.
According to reports, The Nuns will begin filming next year. There is no official date yet on the release of the film as well as the other actors that will possibly join Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been.
If Song Hye Kyo confirms her casting, this will be her grand comeback to the big screen after nine years. She last starred in the 2015 film The Queens.
This year, Song Hye Kyo led the Netflix original K-drama The Glory Part 2 with Lee Do Hyun, Im Ji Yeon, Yeom Hye Ran, Park Sung Hoon, and Jung Sung Il.
Song Hye Kyo was supposed to lead a new K-drama with her lookalike Han So Hee but the two eventually decided to not appear in the new series after discussing it with the production team.
Meanwhile, this will possibly be the second upcoming movie of Jeon Yeo Been. The actress will also star in the soon-to-premiere film Harbin with Hyun Bin, Park Jung Min, Jo Woo Jin, Yoo Jae Myung, and Park Hoon. Just like Song Hye Kyo, Jeon Yeo Been also starred in a Netflix original series this year. She appeared in A Time Called You with Ahn Hyo Seop and Kang Hoon.
